PUR AS A TONIC
1 spoon Oxymel 1 or 2 times a day
The taking approx. 1/2 hour before breakfast and/or evening meal enhances the effect.
DURATION OF APPLICATION
Oxymel Immune fit can be used for acute complaints (e.g. in the case of a cold), as a cure (e g. for 3-5 weeks 2 times a day preferably in the morning and in the evening 1/2 hour before eating) but also sporadically as an additional source of vitamines for a longer period.

VERSATILE REMEDY, REFRESHING BEVERATE AND GROCERY
Oxymel, in German called „Sauerhonig“, is a versatile household remedy with a long tradition. Since Known since antiquity, hardly any other remedy has been used and appreciated independently in so many different cultures. Several centuries before Christ, the famous philosopher Pythagoras or the healer Hippocrates of Kos used the power of honey and vinegar. The Romans used the potion to strengthen their army, in medieval Persia more than 1200 varieties of oxymel were described, Hildegard of Bingen relied on the healing power of oxymel and also in China or Russia the honey medicine was considered a remedy.
Oxymel is often used as a tonic in the case of colds and coughs, fever, exhaustion, depression, but also for general strengthening of the immune system, the cardiovascular system, for detoxification or to strengthen the liver and bile. The positive effect on rheumatism, gout and osteoarthritis is also used in folk medicine. In addition to health aspects, Oxymel can also be used with alcoholic or non-alcoholic mixed and soft drinks or e.g. as a salad dressing.
